Automatically collect worker certs from all workers

Worker Certification Bot is awesome at collecting worker certs, like OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, from workers when they arrive on your job site. Nyfty will SMS workers requesting they upload their certs, either at the end of an orientation, or on check-in to site.

Required or optional? Flexible criteria leads the way

Optional Criteria create new ways to gather Worker Certifications on your projects.

Not every cert needs to be submitted by every worker. With the new 'Optional' criteria setting, you decide who needs to submit which certifications. So only the workers who actually use a piece of equipment provide the qualification for it. Less paperwork for everyone else.

QR codes on plant & equipment - upload relevant license

We've added a new QR Code that links individual workers to their worker certs in Nyfty, allowing them to quickly upload their licenses or qualification before starting on any piece of plant or equipment. Combined with the new optional criteria, this means there's no excuse for plant being operated without the required qualifications.

Instant spot-check

The new Live-update screen gives you real-time visibility into worker qualifications. Spot-check on site, or confirm that the right people are operating specific tools. Search by individual or team to find the status fast.

Awesome overview in realtime, in Procore

The Live-update screen embeds right into Procore, with filters and search. Confirm which teams or individuals are compliant in seconds. No digging through paperwork, no logging into yet another safety system.

No need for hard-hat chips or scanning Apps

In keeping with our ethos of taking hassles away from site teams instead of adding new ones: superintendents and project managers don't need to issue specialist hard-hat badges or maintain scanning apps to check individual workers. They click the link Nyfty sends each morning, and they're in the Live-update screen.
