Our revamped Worker Certification Bot handles the collection, storage, and updating of any worker certification or qualification — whether it’s required or optional.
We know that managing worker qualifications can be a challenge, especially when you’re balancing compliance with operational efficiency. That’s why we’ve added new features to help you stay on top of it all — without the headache.
Automatically collect worker certs from all workers
Worker Certification Bot is awesome at collecting worker certs, like OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, from workers when they arrive on your job site. Nyfty will SMS workers requesting they upload their certs, either at the end of an orientation, or on check-in to site.
Required or optional? Flexible criteria leads the way
Not all certifications / licenses / qualification need to be submitted by everyone — and now you have control over that. With the new ‘Optional’ criteria setting, you can decide who needs to submit specific certifications. This means that only the team members who actually use certain tools or equipment need to provide the relevant qualifications — cutting down on unnecessary paperwork and making life easier for everyone.
QR codes on plant & equipment - upload relevant license
We’ve added a new QR Code that links individual workers to their worker certs in Nyfty, allowing them to quickly upload their licenses or qualification before starting on any piece of plant or equipment. Combined with the new optional criteria, this means there's no excuse for plant being operated without the required qualifications.
Instant spot-check
We’ve introduced a sleek new Live-update screen that gives you real-time visibility into worker qualifications. Whether you’re conducting a spot-check on-site or confirming that the right people are operating specific tools, the new Live-update screen provides a fast, clear view of the current status of everyone on your site, and the ability to quickly find the status of specific workers or teams.
Awesome overview in realtime, in Procore
The new Live-update screen can be embedded right into Procore and includes awesome new filters and search functions. This means you can instantly confirm which teams or individuals are compliant — no digging through paperwork required, or logging into yet another safety system.
No need for hard-hat chips or scanning Apps
In keeping with our ethos of only taking hassles away from site teams, not adding yet another burden for them to manage, superintendents and project managers don’t need to issue and configure specialist hard-hat badges and maintain scanning apps in order to instantly check individual workers. They simply click the link that Nyfty sends them each morning to access the Live-update screen.
