Toolbox Talks are a major pain to organise and keep track of. There's lots of them. They regularly need updating and it's almost impossible to ensure every worker on your site has completed one.
But what if there was a Nyfty Bot that could wrangle them for you? Wait! What? There is?? Yep, say hello to Nyfty's new Toolbox Talk Bot.
This brand new Bot offers awesome automation of the delivery, recording and monitoring of your Toolbox Talks. It ensures that every worker on your job-site completes, or takes part in, a Toolbox Talk every week, or month, depending on your schedule.
The Bot can be linked to Attendance Bot so that you can completely automate delivery to workers when they check in, then record the results. Plus there's a new Library for storing and sharing Toolbox material across your projects.
Two modes of Toolbox Talking
Toolbox Talk Bot supports the most common training workflow where the Foreman delivers the Toolbox Talk, recording who was present. Nyfty monitors Attendance Bot to see if any checked-in workers have missed the talk, then communicates with the Foreman to ensure those workers receive the talk.
The Bot has the ability to use sign-off sheets to record the signatures of those present, which then integrates with Procore Forms.
Toolbox Talk Bot also supports a workflow where Nyfty delivers the Talk. The Bot shares the appropriate Toolbox Talk material with each worker who checks in to the job site, ensuring that they read and record the process.
With either workflow, Nyfty can be configured to allow trade partners to use their own Toolbox training material, but the process can still be recorded in Nyfty.
