In a groundbreaking collaboration, Commodore Builders and Walsh Brothers have joined forces to undertake a large project with some very cool architecture that also utilizes an innovative approach to construction management. Implementing Field Automation Systems, powered by Nyfty.
Crews have already spent 173,000 labour hours putting $112 million worth of work in place including 4,000 tons of steel and 150 geothermal wells. All whilst maintaining the project’s ambitious goals: ensure unparalleled safety, achieve high compliance without impacting the demanding schedule, and enable seamless communication on a complex site.
Commodore | Walsh recently held a topping off ceremony as the final beam was placed atop the new Veterans’ Home. Congratulations are in order as this milestone was reached ahead of schedule. The number of workers on site each day will now increase from about 150 to upwards of 450 people.
